My, it's been a while since I've been iconing! I do have a couple of one-off icons but they're not really enough to make up a "miscellaneous" post either. However, I did finish Catching Fire today so I went and did a couple icons! I also did a quick sketch of Katniss, Gale, and Peeta, and I used one for a Gale icon.

I'm so sorry to have gone this long without an update, but the good news is that I've gone back to the icon table generator and have debugged a bit more on what seems to be the problem. I honestly am not entirely sure what's wrong, but after a couple of updates, it looks like it works now! I suspect some weirdness on PHP's side, as it works on my local box but not on live, hee!

Basically what seemed to be happening is that it was treating a vast number of strings as, well, headings, and not images! I used to do this by checking for "http://" only on the first seven characters of the string, but for some reason on my host that seems to be returning basically nothing, instead of a zero (for headings)...I couldn't even just check for truthfulness. So in the end, I scrapped it all and just checked for "http://" anywhere in the string.

It means though, that now you can't have headings that say "Don't forget the http://!!" or some such. I don't know how often that will happen (if ever!) but there it is ^_^ That'll teach me to be too specific in what I want done by PHP... hahaha.

I've sorted things out with my host and the icon table generator is now fixed. It was due to my host switching from using Apache to Lighttpd for their web server, and thus some settings specific to Apache were not carried over on my account. Please let me know if you continue to have problems related to the issue, i.e., instead of images, you are getting just paths/links to the icon.

For more information on what happened, this entry announcing the problem should help. I have backdated the entry so that people who have not seen the earlier entry yet won't get flooded by update posts :) Apparently I can't backdate entries in community/shared journals. I apologize for the multiple postings!

Hello everyone,

I have received all your reports about the icon table generator being broken. This is due to a server issue -- my host has changed something on my account, or put up an old backup, hence the generator is currently broken. I have contacted them and should find out shortly what the issue is, and get it fixed as soon as I am able.

I apologize for not being able to address this issue earlier. I have been on a business trip since mid-week and straight to a vacation over the weekend, and have only arrived home around two hours ago. Please rest assured I'm working to get the problem fixed.

I capped this a long while ago (when the trailer just came out) but only got to upload these now. These are 66 1280x580 caps of all scenes in the trailer -- I went through the trailer twice with different capping speeds in order to get as many scenes as possible :)

I'd discovered a new game a few days back -- Alice Greenfingers! It's a very nifty farming simulation game, similar to Harvest Moon. It's quite addicting! So I bring a few (well, 17) Alice Greenfingers icons, plus three Bookworm Deluxe icons just because. :)

If you're someone who uses my icon table generator for your icons, you might be interested in learning that I have added two new features to it: the ability to create headings (useful for those multi-fandom icon posts!) and automatic selection of contents when you click on an input box. I hope these two new features are useful!

If you use the generator, and use a special template of yours with it, you might want to send the template to me. Submitting the template helps you so that you won't need to keep keying in your template, you get a credit link back, and others benefit from your HTML wizardry!

22 Twilight (movie) icons! I'm late to the fandom definitely, but I'm glad I finally did check it out. Here are a number of icons all revolving around the first promo shots -- must look for more shots, definitely.
